We ask that you take good care of your clothing by washing it inside out in cold water on gentle cycle and hang to dry. If you are experiencing quality issues with your clothing (beyond normal wear) and within 6 months of wearing, contact us to discuss options available to you.

Be assured you can buy on our website with confidence and privacy. We use Stripe service when checking out from our website. They have assured us that your information is secure. They use third-party banking to verify payment.

We custom design for groups. We would be pleased to work with you to create a custom design that works for your group. Custom design orders (depending on the size of the order and when all orders are received) can take up to 4 weeks after the design has been approved. We can create a custom listing on our website where the individuals from your group can go to purchase their item(s) and pay for them. If they pay for shipping we will ship direct to them. Otherwise, the orders will be packaged and the group leader can pick them up at our store or delivered by courier. Delivery charges will be calculated once the order is complete and weighed.
Return & Exchange Policy
For custom made orders all sales are final. Our detailed sizing guides are listed. For all other items, returns are welcome within 25 days of shipping. Clothing items must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return the item(s) and a refund will be issued to your previous method of payment within 5 days of receipt of item(s).
