How will I know when my order is ready?

Faulty or damaged items?

We believe in putting a personal touch into everything we do. If for some reason your items are damaged or faulty we will replace your items for FREE and at a priority.

What if I have a group order or want to order in bulk?

Group orders are 10 or more items. They can be a combination of items.  Please use coupon code GROUP10 when checking out. Flat rate shipping does not apply to group orders. Please contact our office for a quote on shipping.

How long will my order take?

Please be aware of the current 3 week turnaround time before you place your order.  All items are Made-To-Order.  If you are in a rush for a special item please email me PRIOR to placing your order to see if we can put a rush on it.  We appreciate your patience and will strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns policy?

We unfortunately do not accept exchanges or refunds.  Each product is made to order and customized.  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we strive to provide the best quality.  If for some reason you are not happy, we would love to make it right, please contact us by email at nurse-ology@outlook.com.
